Federal Polytechnic Nekede Admission Requirements
For students who want to study for the ND program, the requirements for the program include:
- The candidate must have the JAMB score of 140 or above
- Awaiting results is not allowed in the institution
- Five credits in a relevant subject peculiar to the course that you want to study
- You can’t combine NABTEB and NECO or WAEC together. Only WAEC and NECO and NABTEB and NABTEB.
For the HND Programme
- The candidate must possess a National Diploma from Federal Polytechnic Nkede, Owerri, or from any recognised institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.50
- For candidates with a Pass level and a CGPA that is less than 2.00, a minimum of two years post-ND cognate working experience is required, but only for the graduates of the institution
- Candidates with a pass from other institutions will not be admitted to study HND at the institution
